My name is Trinity and I am a Gluten-free, Vegan Retreat Chef, specialising in super healthy, vibrant cuisine. I am currently based in the UK (happy to travel and discus international work too). I’ve enjoyed a healthy plant-based diet for over 23 years, experiencing optimal levels of health along the way. After feeling an incredible depth of compassion for all sentient life, I developed a passion for creating conscious cuisine. I wanted to show others how delicious and vibrant eating compassionately could be.
Ten years experience on retreats as a chef (and facilitator)
My recipes have been developed over many years of catering as a retreat chef for Openhand in the UK and abroad. Having only ever served plant-based, wheat-free (now gluten-free), conscious cuisine, free from refined sugar I’ve been guided to create a plethora of new, original, vibrational raising recipes from scratch. In more recent years I’ve even published two wonderful recipe books. The food I share has inspired many people to adopt a much more conscious way of eating food – a truly humbling experience to be a part of!
I’ve organised, managed and held retreats myself over many years; so you can rest assured that I understand the energy and sensitivity required to run events.

Creating food is like a joyful, moving meditation to me. It’s about creating a space of lightness within so that the food is naturally infused with love. My aim is always to make delicious, satisfying food that everyone will enjoy.

I am available for hire as a private retreat chef for courses, retreats or events. I am currently based in the UK and also happy to discuss international work.

ABOUT THE FOOD
Top quality, whole-food, organic ingredients
I always embrace the best ingredients I can find in the locality. Fresh, organic and whole ingredients are important to me. I use local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible.
Everything I create is made using totally plant-based ingredients.
My catering is gluten-free. However, if your group isn’t requiring exclusively gluten-free food, I can add spelt, rye or even organic wheat bread to the table (on request).
Free from refined sugar
I don’t use conventional refined sugar. Instead, I sweeten with healthful ingredients such as dates, dried fruit, natural syrup (e.g. brown rice syrup) or coconut sugar.
Nutritious & delicious
Every morsel is nutritious & healthy. I also like to create a balance of the different food groups with exciting flavours, different textures and a variety colours to the tantalise the taste buds.
Made with love
It means a lot to me to come from a place of presence and love when creating cuisine… a secret ingredient that is a must in every meal!
Want all raw vegan food? I can do that too
No problem at all. I am happy to cater for exclusively raw-food vegan retreats. In fact, my first passion for creating conscious food began during a time earlier in my journey, where I ate a completely raw food diet. I just love the vibrancy of it!
I tend to work with groups of between 10 & 25 guests. I can however be rather versatile, so please let me know if you want to discuss larger groups (which may require me to bring a trusty assistant) or equally for smaller groups or private hire.
